My name is Iria and I am a Durham NC teenage woodworker with a love for creating unique and functional pieces.

I have always been fascinated with the process of transforming raw materials into beautiful and useful things. For years I have been honing my skills and developing my own unique style of creative endeavors.

For me, carpentry is a method of channeling creative energy into a physical skill. I find joy in every step of the process, from selecting the perfect piece of wood to sanding and finishing my creations. I am always experimenting with new techniques and materials. I love the challenge of tackling new and complex challenges, especially live edge slab projects, as they present many unique challenges with stunning end results.
